What working together typically looks like
Most engagements are structured as monthly retainers. Virtual IT Director engagements typically run $3,000–$6,000/month depending on the size of your environment, number of locations, and how much active involvement you need from me day-to-day.
AI Strategy & Advisory engagements run anywhere from a defined-scope assessment to ongoing monthly advisory. I’ll tell you which makes sense for your situation on our first call.
If budget is a real constraint, say so. I’d rather have that conversation upfront than after we’ve both spent an hour getting to know each other.
